Shipping policy

1. Order Fulfillment

Every item is custom-made just for you. Please allow 2–5 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships.

 

2. Delivery Options & Timelines

Once your order is ready, delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method:

• Standard Shipping (Flat Rate):

• UK & Europe: 5–20 business days

• Eco-Friendly Shipping:

• Same timeframe as Standard, but carbon-offset for a greener choice

• DDP (Delivered Duties Paid – UK only):

• 3–7 business days, all duties and taxes included upfront

• Express Shipping:

• 1–3 business days for the fastest option

We’ll always use the most reliable carrier available to get your order to you quickly and safely.

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates depend on the product type, quantity, and your delivery address. Your exact shipping cost will be shown clearly at checkout—no hidden fees.

 

4. Customs & Duties

Most UK orders ship locally, but if your item comes from outside the UK, customs charges may apply. We’ll always try to minimize these, and choosing DDP shipping means duties and taxes are already included in your price.

 

5. Split Shipments

Some products (like mugs, posters, or canvas prints) ship separately because of their packaging needs. If you order different product types, they may arrive in more than one parcel.

 

6. Estimated Delivery Time (EDT)

Our delivery estimates include both production and shipping. While most orders arrive on time, occasional delays can happen (e.g. courier issues or stock shortages).

• Please allow an extra day or two if your order is late.

• If your order still hasn’t arrived, contact our Ibiza Prints Customer Care team and we’ll investigate right away.

 

7. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your package goes missing or arrives damaged, don’t worry—we’ll put it right. Contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.
